The Studio

Penarth Piano Academy is run from an architect designed studio in the basement of a Victorian town house
in north Penarth. The studio has its own private entrance and is fully sound proofed to facilitate a
peaceful playing & learning experience.

 

The studio is in a quiet area of the town with adequate nearby on street parking. It is 5 minutes walk
from the town centre, 10 minutes walk from the local train station and has easy access to the A4232 link
road and the M4. Many past and present students have regularly travelled to Penarth Piano Academy for
tuition from as far as West Wales, Devon, Brecon and Bristol.

There is an extensive and updated piano music and academic library plus a CD collection which is readily
available to students of the Academy

   

The studio is fully equipped with new high quality instruments including a Kawai Upright, a Steinway Baby
Grand and a digital Yamaha Keyboard with graded hammer action. For students requiring recording facilities,
there is a Coomber multi track real time recorder.
